Droopy Tip And Crooked Nose Repair With Bridge Hump Removal Rhinoplasty
This patient had a longstanding desire to smooth her bridge hump, make her nose staighter and to make her tip less droopy. She also had a severe nasal septal dislocation that created significant nasal obstruction. Dr. Lamperti performed an open septorhinoplasty to reconstruct and straighten the patient's septum and to improve her nasal breathing. He also lifted her tip to make it more rotated and smoothed her bridge while also making her nose straighter. In the 1 year after photos note how her tip droopiness is improved (even with smiling) and how her profile line is smoother.
