This Everett area rhinoplasty patient visited with Thomas Lamperti, MD to see if she could make her nose smaller, including treating the cleft between her tip cartilages. Dr. Lamperti also noted a crooked septum, deviated columella (seen on base view) and over-projected tip. Using an open septorhinoplasty approach Dr. Lamperti reduced the tip boxiness and narrowed the tip while also deprojected the tip and refining the bridge profile line. You can also see that the columella is now straighter creating more symmetric nostrils.
