Closed Rhinoplasty To Smooth A Bridge Bump
This rhinoplasty patient wanted to smooth her upper bridge hump while also improving her chronic nasal obstruction related to her deviated septum. Since the patient's bridge hump was isolated to the upper part of her nose and was composed of bone only and since she did not want to change any other aspects of her nose Dr. Lamperti performed a closed rhinoplasty which allowed him to remove the excess bone while leaving the rest of the nose as is. In the 20 month after photos note how the patient has a much more smooth profile line while still maintaining a natural, non-operated appearance.
