All about Scheduling an online eConsultation

The team at Lamperti Facial Plastic Surgery understands that due to your busy schedule it can be difficult to set aside time to have an in-office consultation with Dr. Lamperti. As an added service we offer free virtual eConsultations as a way to start an online discussion with Dr. Lamperti about potential treatment options. This is also a great option for patients interested in facial plastic surgery with Dr. Lamperti who are coming from out of the Seattle area. It must be remembered that the eConsultation is not an official doctor patient encounter, but only a preliminary discussion. The official encounter takes place in person during your in-office meeting with Dr. Lamperti.

How to set up an eConsultation

To arrange an eConsultation with Dr. Lamperti you can click the make an appointment button and select Virtual Consultation under the location section. In the comments section you may describe your concerns and any other prior treatments you have had. You can then upload photographs for Dr. Lamperti to review. As an alternative you can email us directly, including a description of your concerns and attaching applicable photographs. Once Dr. Lamperti reviews your information he will personally contact you (your choice of email or by phone) to go over his impressions. We will also be able to give you information regarding the anticipated costs of any treatment or surgery.

How to take your Medical Photographs

The photographs that you submit should be taken of the full face and ideally use a solid colored background. The specific views needed depends on what areas concern you. Certainly feel free to include additional photographs if you think it will help Dr. Lamperti.

If you are interested in rhinoplasty or chin surgery please submit the following photographic views:

• Frontal full face
• Right or left profile
• Base view (photo of the nostrils with your head tilted up as you look at the ceiling)

If you are interested in eyelid surgery  please submit the following photographic views:

• Frontal full face
• Detail of eyes looking up
• Right and left oblique (body turned 45 degrees off center)

If you are interested in facelift or necklift surgery, facial volume enhancement (skin fillers, fat grafting), or skin resurfacing please submit the following photographic views:

• Frontal full face
• Right and left oblique (body turned 45 degrees off center)
• Right or left profile (important to keep head looking straight ahead and not tilted up or down)
