Rhinoplasty Before And After To Make Less Crooked, Smooth Bridge, Refine Tip And Lift Hanging Columella
This rhinoplasty patient wanted to make relatively subtle changes to her nose including smoothing her bridge, lifting her prominent hanging columella and making it straighter on frontal view. Dr. Lamperti performed an open septorhinoplasty to acheive these goals. He smoothed the patient's bridge bump to create a straighter profile line and elevated her columella so it didn't hang down as much. In the 13 month after photos you can see how the patient has a natural improvement to her nose which is straighter on front view. Her tip is also less full and the columella tucked up as planned.
