Combined Blepharoplasty with Direct Brow Lift

This patient was interested in improving the appearance of her lower eyelid bags. She also had significant peri-orbital asymmetry including her eyebrow position. Dr. Lamperti raised the patient's left eyebrow to improve the symmetry. He did this using a direct brow lift approach in which an incision was placed directly on the forehead. The patient had a large mole (covered by her hair) that she wanted removed at the same time so Dr. Lamperti was able to treat both with the same maneuver.
