Upper Eyelid Tuck Blepharoplasty

This Seattle blepharoplasty patient had noticed the gradual drooping of her upper eyelid skin such that it was beginning to block her upper visual field vision. She wanted to improve this blockage and address the excess eyelid skin. Thomas Lamperti, MD performed a skin excision only upper eyelid blepharoplasty on both eyes to remove the extra upper eyelid skin. In the 4 month postoperative photos you can see how the patient now has a very natural appearing upper eyelid with much improved upper eyelid skin show. Her skin incisions are also healing very well with only minimal skin redness noted that will further improve during the first year or so after surgery.
