Skin Excision Only Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty

This Seattle blepharoplasty patient consulted with Dr. Lamperti looking to improve the appearance of her eyes. She had noticed gradually worsening excess upper eyelid heaviness and skin fullness. Dr. Lamperti performed an upper eyelid blepharoplasty using a local numbing medication which involved removing the patient's excess upper eyelid skin. You can see in the approximately 3 month postoperative photos how the patient now has much improved upper eyelid show while still maintaining a natural, youthful upper eyelid contour that is not overly hollowed out.
