Asian Upper Lid Blepharoplasty to Create Lid Crease and Remove Excess Skin

This Bellevue blepharoplasty patient came to Thomas Lamperti, MD to see if she could have her upper eyelid drooping treated with surgery. In the before photos you can see how the patient has extensive upper eyelid skin drooping which is blocking her upper visual fields. Additionally, the patient was interested in creating an upper eyelid crease which was missing. Dr. Lamperti performed an upper eyelid blepharoplasty to remove the excess eyelid skin. During the surgery Dr. Lamperti also created an upper eyelid (supratarsal) crease. In the 4 month after photos you can see how the patient now has much improved upper eyelid show along with a conservative eyelid crease. Importantly, the patient's visual field blockage has been cured.
