Fat Grafting Combined with Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty

This Bellevue facial fat grafting patient had a prior upper eyelid blepharoplasty done for functional reasons. She was interested in addressing the bags on her lower eyelids. Dr. Lamerti performed a combined transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty to remove some excess lower eyelid fat. He then performed fat grafting to the lower eyelid and cheek region to better balance the transition from the midface to lower eyelid. In the approximately 1 year postoperative photo you can see how a much smooth lower eyelid and cheek area is seen.
