This patient wanted to improve her overall tired appearance along with reducing the excess droopy skin from under her neck area. Dr. Lamperti performed facial fat grafting using fat harvested from the patient's abdomen and then carefully injected it into the patient's face in the areas of volume loss. During the same surgery Dr. Lamperti also performed a facelift to tighten the patient's lower neck skin. The after photos were taken 16 months after surgery.
