This patient had always been bothered by their very large Adam's apple and wanted to have it reduced so it didn't appear so prominent. Dr. Lamperti performed a combined tracheal shave with needle localization of the vocal cords to significantly reduce the overall projection of the Adam's apple cartilage. In the 1 year after photo you can see how much more harmonious the neck appears along with how well the incision has healed in the chin-neck (cervico-mental) crease.
