Before And After Chin Implantation

This woman consulted with Dr. Lamperti to see what her options were to add some projection to her recessed chin. Dr. Lamperti noted some flattening of the front part of her chin such that conservative augmentation with a silicone chin implant was a good option. The patient underwent this procedure in which a medium sized extended anatomic style implant was placed using a small incision placed under her chin. In the 6 month after photos you can see on front view how the patient's prejowl area has a smoother, more youthful contour. On profile view you can see how she has an improvement in her chin flattening, while still maintaining a natural, non-masculine appearance.
