Subnasal Upper Lip Lift After Prior Revision Rhinoplasty

Thomas Lamperti, MD had performed a prior open revision rhinoplasty on this patient to correct issues she'd developed after a prior rhinoplasty in California. The patient was so happy with how her nose surgery turned out that she asked Dr. Lamperti to perform an upper lip lift to help shorten her upper lip length and to provide an increase in red lip show. The patient opted to have Dr. Lamperti perform the subnasal lip lift under local anesthesia in the office procedure room. In the 3 month after photos you can see how her incision line is healing very well and how her upper lip has a significant, but natural, increase in overall volume and red lip show.
