Facelift To Tighten Loose Skin On Chin and Neck 

This Anchorage face lift patient wanted to tightening the loose skin under her chin and neck. Thomas Lamperti, MD performed a face lift and neck lift which allowed him to tighten the patient's underlying loose neck muscle while also trimming away her excess skin. In the 2 month postoperative photos you can see how the patient now has a much sharper neckline with an improved jowl area. On frontal view this has led to a less boxy appearance as the facelift was able to create a more heart shaped facial appearance. She also has much less droopy skin on her neck giving her a much more youthful appearance. Importantly, the patient doesn't look overdone or windswept either.
