• There is very little that you will have to do after the injection. For the first 48 hours, do not sleep on your face or apply undue pressure on areas that Dr. Lamperti injected. Also, laughing, smiling and excessive animation of your face during this period of time should be minimized if possible.
• If you had Radiesse, you may feel a dull ache for a few hours, but any discomfort should dissipate by the following day. If you have discomfort that worsens or persists or any change in color of your skin like darkening or increasing redness, you must contact Dr. Lamperti immediately.
• You may experience a little bit of swelling and bruising that will go away over the next few days. Use of an ice pack on these areas for the first day may help expedite the resolution of any swelling.
