How much does a consultation with Dr. Lamperti cost?
A cosmetic facial plastic surgery consultation with Dr. Lamperti is $100, which is then applied to any subsequently scheduled treatment or surgery. You can have your private plastic surgery consultation at either of our Seattle-area offices. We also offer free virtual consultations for patients who are interested in exploring what treatment options may be best for them.
How do I set up a virtual consultation?
You can contact us here and select the Virtual Consultation option under location. Alternatively, you can email us your photographs directly. Dr. Lamperti will personally review your photos and let know you what options may be best for you.
Does Dr. Lamperti perform tummy tucks or breast surgery?
No, Dr. Lamperti specializes solely in plastic surgery of the face, neck and scalp.
Will insurance pay for my procedure?
Insurance generally won't pay for most cosmetic surgery. Exceptions are some nose surgery (to repair post-traumatic problems or breathing issues) and upper eyelid or brow surgery to improve documented visual field blockage.
Can I pay for my surgery in installments?
Yes, we do offer patient financing through Care Credit (A division of GE). Read here to learn more about how you can finance your surgery through Care Credit. You can even apply for financing online. Lamperti Facial Plastic Surgery offers no interests plans if the account is paid in full within the promotion period of 12, 18 or 24 months.
Can I bring a photo of my favorite celebrity who I want to look like?
It is certainly okay to bring magazine cut outs of celebrity features you find appealing -- it can allow for an excellent discussion of your aesthetic preferences during your consultation. However, there are limits to what facial plastic surgery can accomplish based on existing anatomy, skin type, etc. What is typically more flattering is to enhance your current features such that they create a better overall balance rather than try to paste a celebrity's features onto your own.
I am interested facial rejuvenation. Can I bring photos of myself of when I was younger for Dr. Lamperti to see?
Dr. Lamperti encourages his patients to bring in photographs of themselves when they were younger for him to review during their consultation. These photos provide valuable information about what youthful features they naturally had in the past. It also allows patients to see the importance of facial volume restoration when contemplating rejuvenative procedures.
Does Dr. Lamperti use computer morphing software?
Yes, Dr. Lamperti personally performs his own computer-based morphing. He also usually does it in front of you in order to better have a dialogue about what changes you are interested in achieving. It is important to realize that the simulations are not a guarantee of an outcome, but only serve to represent the goal that is being worked toward. You can see some examples of Dr. Lamperti's facial plastic surgery computer simulations here.
