Many people mistakenly presume that rhinoplasty surgery will automatically lead to worsened nasal function.

Of course, I perform septo-rhinoplasty surgeries very commonly. You can even combine this surgery with turbinate surgery or sinus surgery. The main point is that having a better appearing nose doesn't have to been achieved at the expense of a more poorly functioning nose.
