Dr. Lamperti performed a bullhorn upper lip lift procedure under local anesthesia hiding the incision in the area just under the patient's nostrils and columella. In the 13 month postoperative after photos you can see how she has a natural-appearing, but shorter, upper lip and the incision line has healed beautifully.
